Addressing joint and range of motion issues especially in the hips, knees, back, neck and shoulders.  It focuses on restoring structural balance throughout the body for both prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunctions.  Orthopedic massage looks beyond the massage session to the origin of the pain either from trauma-induced injuries or postural imbalances.

Myofascial Release:

An effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  The MFR techniques help to identify various restrictions in the myofascial system (muscle and tissue) and gently release them. As the system is restored, the natural fluid movement to the fascia returns and helps to bring a more ideal state of health to the entire body. The effects can include pain reduction, improved postural alignment as well as improved general well-being.

Pregnancy Massage:

90 min: $110

Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of a regular massage but is designed especially for the needs of a pregnant mother and their changing bodies. The aches and pains are so different, and so are the remedies.  Not only can prenatal massage relieve muscle strains and stress on your back, neck, abdomen, and shoulders, it can also considerably reduce anxiety and serve as a complement to overall prenatal care. Special cushions are provided to make your experience more enjoyable.

European Hot Stone (La Stone Massage):
